Private 1-1 Full Hypnobirthing Course.
The cost of this course is £345 (online or face to face in Northamptonshire)
An Online or in-person private hypnobirthing class for you and your birth partner. Dedicated sessions with me at a date and time to suit you.
Group Full Hypnobirthing Course.
The cost of this course is £245 (online or face to face in Wellingborough Northants)
Get to know other expectant parents whilst preparing for a calm confident birth with me.
Private 1-1 Intensive Hypnobirthing Course.
The cost of this course is £220 (online or face to face in Northamptonshire)
For those who are short on time or who have found hypnobirthing a little later in their pregnancy. Dedicated time with me at a date and time to suit you.

Private 1-1 Hypnobirthing Course
A bespoke course tailored to the needs of you and your birth partner across approximately 9 hours split into either 3 or 4 sessions held either within your home, mine or online
We will cover all hypnobirthing techniques and fully prepare you for birth. Our time together will be spent exploring:
- Your current thoughts and feelings around birth and creating a positive mindset towards labour to allow you to feel empowered, confident and excited about meeting your baby.
- Coping strategies for managing the sensations or labour and contractions naturally, and how they can be used alongside other methods of pain relief if you choose to do so.
- Tools your birth partner can use to help keep you calm and focussed during labour, and how to keep the oxyctocin flowing and advocate for you if needed.
- A full understanding of the physiology of childbirth and female anatomy to allow for visualisation.
- Navigating the maternity system including managing deviations, unexpected events, interventions and why and how to ask questions, and how to stay calm whilst doing so.
You will be given a hard copy of your hypnobirthing workbook and positive birth affirmation cards, along with a goody bag filled by me as a thank you for choosing me to be your guide. You will also have access to MP3's to enhance your practice outside our sessions. I will be available to you for support during my working hours throughout our time working together right up until your baby is born.
An investment of £345
Just a £50 deposit will secure your space. Balance to be paid the week before the first session starts.

Group Full Hypnobirthing Course
A full hypnobirthing course of approximately 9 hours across 3 sessions with the chance to meet other local expectant parents.
Groups are held in Wellingborough Northamptonshire.
We will cover all of the topics as in the private 1-1 Full Course in a fun and interactive group session with other expectant mums and birth partners.
You will be given a hardcopy of your course workbook, positive birth affirmation cards and a goody bag filled by myself as a treat for you! You will have access to MP3's sent (hopefully) within two days of receiving your deposit to allow you to enhance and continue your practice outside our sessions. I will be available to you for support during my working hours throughout our time together, right up until you meet your baby, and you will also be invited to be part of a whatsapp group with the other group participants.
An investment of £245
Just a £50 deposit will secure your place, balance to be paid prior to the course starting.

Private 1-1 Intensive Hypnobirthing Course
A bespoke condensed course containing all the essentials of hypnobirthing over 4 hours in one or two sessions, held either within your home or online.
Perfect for those who have found hypnobirthing a little later on in their pregnancy, or for those who are short on time. We will cover all hypnobirthing techniques and fully prepare you for you birth.
You will be given a hard copy of your hypnobirthing workbook and positive birth affirmation cards, along with a goody bag filled by me as a thank you for choosing me to be your guide. You will also have access to MP3's to enhance your practice outside our sessions. I will be available to you for support during my working hours throughout our time working together, and for short chats right up until your baby is born.
An investment of £220
Just a £50 deposit will secure your place. Balance to be paid in the week before our first session.
